SPBMUN has a zero tolerance policy for harassment and bullying of any kind. If a delegate is found to be harassing any other delegate at the conference, they will immediately be removed from conference proceedings, reported to their advisor, and not be permitted to attend any future SPBMUN conferences.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to the following: inappropriate messages or comments, offensive Remarks, verbal attacks of a discriminatory nature.
Delegates who feel they’ve been harassed or feel unsafe should do the following: report to their chairs, reach out to a member of the secretariat, inform their advisor, and fill out the anonymous harassment form linked below.
