REGISTRATION DEADLINE:

$15 per delegate

To keep things simple and accessible, SPBMUN uses a flat-rate registration (no early, regular, or late pricing) and we don’t charge a delegation fee, so solo delegates are always welcome! Since we’re already doing our best to make the conference affordable and inclusive, we kindly ask that all payments are made on time so we can stay organized and keep things running smoothly. :)

PAYMENT + REFUND POLICY:

If multiple delegates are attending from the same school, they are considered a delegation and must submit one check per delegation. Solo delegates may submit an individual check. All payments must be either mailed to 3800 Blackford Ave, San Jose, CA 95117 (attn: Rachel Shanley) or brought directly to the conference and submitted during registration.

We highly encourage all payments to be made in advance via check to minimize confusion and ensure a smoother registration process.

SPBMUN does not provide any refunds so all payments are final.

Furthermore, each delegate must complete a delegate participation form and emergency contact and medical form. Advisors/guardians should complete the advisor emergency contact form. Any delegations with inquiries should contact spbmun@gmail.com

COMMITTEE ASSIGNMENT INFO:

Committee information, including the committee name, topic, description, and chairs, is scheduled to be released on September 19th, 2025. Background guides are scheduled to be released on January 12th, 2026.
